“Da Costa a Costa” Un viaggio culturale e gastronomico tra Genova a Buenos Aires

Domenica 25 Maggio, in occasione del giorno della Rivoluzione di Maggio, vi invitiamo ad un incontro unico tra tradizione, cultura e gastronomia, pensato per celebrare l'immigrazione del ventesimo secolo e il legame indissolubile che unisce le coste di Genova e Buenos Aires. Questo evento vuole essere una testimonianza delle radici migranti che hanno plasmato l'identità di due popoli, attraverso i piatti, le storie e le tradizioni che hanno attraversato l'oceano.

In collaborazione con il movimento Slow Food, il nostro evento vedrà la partecipazione di cuochi e alleati dell'associazione, che con passione e creatività porteranno in tavola una selezione di piatti che raccontano l'incontro tra la cucina ligure e quella argentina, tradizioni culinarie che si intrecciano, si arricchiscono e si trasformano nel corso del tempo.

Un omaggio alle nostre radici di migranti, ma anche un'opportunità per avvicinarci a un tema tanto attuale e significativo, in un contesto di incontro, condivisione e scambio culturale.

“From Coast to Coast” A cultural and gastronomic journey from Genoa to Buenos Aires

On Sunday, May 25th, on the occasion of the May Revolution Day, we invite you to a unique gathering of tradition, culture, and gastronomy, designed to celebrate the 20th-century immigration and the unbreakable bond that connects the coasts of Genoa and Buenos Aires. This event aims to be a testimony to the migrant roots that have shaped the identity of two peoples, through the dishes, stories, and traditions that crossed the ocean.

In collaboration with the Slow Food movement, our event will feature chefs and allies of the association, who, with passion and creativity, will present a selection of dishes that tell the story of the meeting between Ligurian and Argentine cuisine, culinary traditions that intertwine, enrich, and transform over time.

A tribute to our migrant roots, but also an opportunity to engage with a relevant and significant topic, in a context of meeting, sharing, and cultural exchange.
